What are your standard delivery options?
We offer standard UK delivery within 3-5 working days for £3.95, or free on orders over £75. Next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 4pm Monday to Thursday.
How do I return an item I purchased online?
You can return any unworn items within 28 days of receipt. Simply use the prepaid Royal Mail tracked returns label included in your parcel or drop it off at any French Connection standalone store.
Can I track the status of my order?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link from our courier partner to monitor your delivery progress.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna for buy-now-pay-later options.
How do I find the right size for me?
Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' button. We provide measurements for UK, EU, and US sizing to help you find the perfect fit for our clothing and footwear.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, French Connection ships to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
